Welcome to Royalway Chauffeur. By booking a ride with us, you aren't just hiring a car; you’re entering into an agreement based on mutual respect and professional standards. These terms govern our relationship, so please take a moment to read them before you hit the road.

1. The Booking Process

When you book through our website or app, your reservation is considered a "request" until you receive a formal confirmation from our dispatch team.

  • Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct flight numbers and pickup times. If your flight is delayed, we do our best to adapt, but we rely on the data you give us.
  • Vehicle Category: We guarantee the category of vehicle you booked (e.g., Luxury Sedan), though the specific make and model may vary based on availability.

2. Payments and Billing

  • Rates: Our prices include fuel, insurance, and professional chauffeur services. Unless specified, parking fees and tolls (such as those in specific commercial zones) may be added to the final invoice.
  • VAT: In accordance with Saudi Arabian law, a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) is applied to all services.
  • Wait Time: We offer a complimentary waiting window (usually 15 minutes for standard pickups and 45 minutes for airport arrivals). Beyond this, a "Wait Fee" will be charged per 15-minute increment.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

We understand that plans change. However, once a chauffeur is dispatched, costs are incurred.

  • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance incur no penalty.
  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the pickup time, a 50% charge applies. If the driver is already on-site or you "No-Show," the full fare is non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Passenger Conduct & Safety

To maintain the quality of our fleet and the safety of our drivers:

  • Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside all Royalway vehicles. A deep-cleaning fee of 500 SAR will be charged for violations.
  • Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk to the chauffeur.
  • Damages: Any physical damage to the vehicle interior caused by a passenger (spills, tears, or broken tech) will be billed directly to the person who made the booking.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for perfection, Royalway Chauffeur is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, known as Force Majeure. This includes:

  • Extreme weather conditions or sandstorms.
  • Unforeseen road closures or major traffic accidents.
  • Mechanical failures that occur mid-trip (in which case, we will provide a replacement vehicle as fast as humanly possible).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably will be referred to the competent courts in Jeddah or Riyadh.

7. Updates to These Terms

Royalway reserves the right to tweak these terms as our service grows. We won't send an announcement for every minor change, so we recommend checking this page periodically.
